With the support of the Alibaba group, Australia and New Zealand Buyers Association(ANBA) hosted a summit – “Cross-border E-commerce in China: 2021 Trends” last week. The summit was an exclusive conference for Australian and New Zealand SMEs seeking to enter the China market.
At the summit, ANBA showcased the e-commerce landscape in China for brands, including updates on recent market developments, new ideas and strategies adopted by existing ANBA members, and tips, tricks, and insights for new entrants. More than 50 export-focused businesses from across ANZ attended this summit.

In addition, Fernando Rodriguez, CEO of EZZ Life Science Holdings Limited shared about his journey with ANBA and how Alibaba platforms have helped him expand the business successfully.
On behalf of Taobao Global, ANBA also held the signing ceremony with EZZ for Taobao Global Selected Brands Project at the Summit. Through the project, ANBA and Taobao Global will leverage resources to bring supply-chain, top buyer stores, live-streaming, and various sales events to the brands to reach a sales target.
EZZ is the first and so far the only brand being selected for the project in ANZ region with a yearly product purchase target of 10,000,000 RMB.
